The future landscape is regained by mushrooms and fungi. As a final precaution, the surviving critically endangered human population has to work together with fungi to re-establish terrestrial life forms and produce food. As a result, new forms of symbiosis are formed. Providing old-skin, bodily fluids and moisted air particles for the mushrooms, in exchange new soil, humus and chance for life is created. In this continuous cycle, fungi become the top of the food chain in order for life on Earth to persist. Below is a visual narrative of feeding pods and embodied experimentations.
