MUSHROOM SYMBIOSIS

The future landscape is regained by mushrooms and fungi. As a final precaution, the surviving critically endangered human population has to for a symbiotic relationship with fungi to re-establish terrestrial life forms. In exchange for providing old-skin, bodily fluids and mineral-rich air particles, new soil, humus and chance for life is created. In this continuous cycle, fungi become the top of the food chain in order for life on Earth to persist. Below is a visual narrative of feeding pods and experiments with the future body.
